List Your Community Group on ACT's Website!
We plan to create a page on our website where we will host profiles of community groups from across British Columbia. These groups should provide support to parents of children/adults on the Autism Spectrum, groups for people who themselves have an ASD and/or groups for siblings.
Examples of the kind of groups we will list include:
- Groups for people with autism
- Parent groups that welcome parents of children with all types of disability, including autism
- Groups that focus on ABA or other therapy approaches
- Groups can be across disability or focus on anything from Asperger’s Syndrome
to Hyperlexia
- On-line groups or other relevant groups
- Groups for siblings of people with autism
