This 30-hour POPARD course (formerly The Para-Pro Course: A Hands-On Approach to Educating School-Age Children with Autism) is an excellent practical introduction to working with school-age children with ASD. Marianne has presented this course several times for ACT and continues to receive an outstanding response from participants.

This course is a requirement for teaching assistants in many school districts and is open to community professionals and parents.
