Workshop Registration Through the Autism Funding Invoice Payment Option

If you are a parent receiving the Autism Funding and want to use the Invoice Payment Option, ACT can invoice the Autism Funding Unit directly.  To use this option, you must ensure that this permission form (pdf) is completed and submitted to our office along with a registration form identifying the workshop you wish to attend. Please note that you cannot register online for workshops if using this method of payment.
